    Tips & Tricks:

    • 🔪 This entire dish can be made 3 days ahead.
    • 🫐 I like frozen berries. Just microwave them for 30 seconds before your begin and let them cool.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
    • 1 cup fresh berries (or frozen)
    • 1/2 cup of keto granola
    • 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
    • Monk fruit sweetener (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Pour cream and 1/2 tsp in a bowl
    2. Whip on medium/high with a handheld of stand mixer until medium peaks form (3-4 minutes)
    3. Optionally add monk fruit sweetener to taste
    4. Add berries and granola and enjoy!
    5. Refrigerate extra cream up to 3 days.
