Tips & Tricks:
- 🔪 This entire dish can be made 3 days ahead.
- 🫐 I like frozen berries. Just microwave them for 30 seconds before your begin and let them cool.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh berries (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup of keto granola
- 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- Monk fruit sweetener (optional)
Directions:
- Pour cream and 1/2 tsp in a bowl
- Whip on medium/high with a handheld of stand mixer until medium peaks form (3-4 minutes)
- Optionally add monk fruit sweetener to taste
- Add berries and granola and enjoy!
- Refrigerate extra cream up to 3 days.
