Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 1/2 tablespoons caper juice
Directions:
- Blend or whisk all ingredients together.
- Taste and add salt if needed.
