    Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing

    Tips & Tricks:

    • 🔪 This recipe can be made up to a week ahead. Stir or shake well before using.
    • 🧂Optionally purchase a ranch seasoning packet instead of all the dried seasoning ingredients. Add to the yogurt and buttermilk a little at a time until you have the desired ranch flavor. Add a squeeze of lemon for more of a tangy kick!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
    • 1/4+ cup buttermilk or regular milk
    • freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste

    Seasoning

    • 3/4 - 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper

    or

    • 1 Ranch seasoning packet of choice

    Directions:

    1. Add yogurt and 1/4 cup of buttermilk to a bowl.
    2. Add seasoning and mix well.
    3. Add lemon and more buttermilk if you would like a thinner dressing.
    4. Taste and add more salt to taste.
