    Lemon Vinaigrette

    Dressing ingredients are not included in your shopping list! Be sure to add them.

    Ingredients:

    • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • ¼ cup canola oil (or other oil that doesn't solidify in the fridge)
    • 1/2 fresh lemon, grated + juiced

    Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients (except oils) in a food processor or blender and blend until ingredients start to come together.
    2. Add oil slowly!
    3. Taste dressing and add more oil, vinegar, and/or salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Serve over salad.
    5. Save remaining dressing and shake well before serving.
