Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt, greek yogurt, or your favorite flavored yogurt
- 1.5 cups of your favorite granola
- 4 cup mixed berries
- honey, optional
Directions:
- Build Parfaits
- In a 12-16 oz jar or container, layer yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey (optional).
- Top with 1/3 cup of granola just before enjoying (or whatever the serving size is on the package).
- Refrigerate up to 3 days.
