Tips & Tricks:
- 🔪 Skip steps with knife if you completed Prep Day!
- 🔪 This entire dish should be made at least 6 hours ahead of enjoying. Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of whole milk or sub any other milks such as almond milk coconut, soy, or hemp
- 2.5 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats (rolled oats are best, vs. steel cut or quick cooking)
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) raspberries
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) blueberries
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) blackberries
- 8 strawberries, sliced
Directions:
- 🔪 Fruit Prep
- Wash and dry all fruit.
- Slice strawberries and cut any extra large other berries in half.
- 🔪 Combine All
- In 2 small bowls with lids, split evenly and add almond milk, chia seeds, and stir with a spoon to combine.
- Add oats evenly and stir a few more times. Then press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are immersed in milk.
- Top evenly with berries.
- Cover bowls securely with a lid or seal with plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to set/soak.
- Serve
- Ready to enjoy after 6 hours.
