Tips & Tricks:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of prep-made pesto or DIY Pesto
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (or other vinegar you already have) + more to taste
- 3 tbsp of lemon juice + more to taste
Directions:
- Add vinegar and lemon to the prepared pesto and whisk or blend vigorously until combined.
- Taste and add more vinegar, lemon, and/or salt to taste.
- Stir/shake well before serving. Add a tiny splash more of vinegar or lemon to loosen if it solidifies.
