    Pesto Vinaigrette

    Tips & Tricks:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of prep-made pesto or DIY Pesto
    • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (or other vinegar you already have) + more to taste
    • 3 tbsp of lemon juice + more to taste

    Directions:

    1. Add vinegar and lemon to the prepared pesto and whisk or blend vigorously until combined.
    2. Taste and add more vinegar, lemon, and/or salt to taste.
    3. Stir/shake well before serving. Add a tiny splash more of vinegar or lemon to loosen if it solidifies.
