    Sun Dried Tomato Pesto over Cheese Tortellini

    Ingredients:

    • 1 lb of your favorite cheese tortellini
    • 1 (6.5 oz) jar of prepared sun-dried tomato pesto or DIY

    [DIY Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto]

    Directions:

    1. Cook Tortellini
      1. Cook cheese tortellini according to the package instructions.
      2. Drain and cool pasta under cool water.
    2. Combine All
      1. Stir in pesto a scoop at a time, until completely covered.
      2. Taste and add more pesto to taste.
    3. Serve
      1. Serve on it's own or with cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for spice.
