Tips & Tricks:

- 🔪 This entire dish can be prepared up to the night before. In fact, it tastes even better the next day after all of the flavors have melded together.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of your favorite cheese tortellini
- 1 (6.5 oz) jar of prepared sun-dried tomato pesto or DIY
Directions:
- Cook Tortellini
- Cook cheese tortellini according to the package instructions.
- Drain and cool pasta under cool water.
- Combine All
- Stir in pesto a scoop at a time, until completely covered.
- Taste and add more pesto to taste.
- Serve
- Serve on it's own or with cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for spice.
