    Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait

    Tips & Tricks:

    • 🔪 Skip steps with knife if you completed the prep ideas!
    • 🔪 This entire dish can be made 3 days ahead.
    • 🫐 I prefer frozen berries for this dish. I microwave them just before serving/eating so it makes everything a little warm.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups plain yogurt, greek yogurt, or your favorite flavored yogurt
    • 1.5 cups of your favorite granola
    • 4 cup mixed berries or frozen berries
    • honey, optional

    Directions:

    1. Build Parfaits
      1. If you are enjoying a parfait now and you purchased frozen berries, microwave just that portion for 3 seconds before adding to the parfait. Add frozen berries to the parfaits you are making ahead, they should defrost by the next day.
      2. In a 12-16 oz jar or container, layer yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey (optional).
      3. Top with 1/3 cup of granola just before enjoying (or whatever the serving size is on the package).
      4. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
