Caesar Dressing

Tips & Tricks:

  • 🔪  This dressing can be made up to 1 week ahead.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5 tsp evoo
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 oz asiago or parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small blender (or food processor or whisk in a bowl), blend all ingredients, except the oil. Slowly add the oil and blend thoroughly to combine.
  2. Taste dressing and add more oil, lemon, or salt to taste.
  3. Continue blending until the dressing is fully emulsified.

Reheat Options

  1. Mix or shake well before serving.
