Ingredients:
- 5 medium cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
- Sprinkle of salt
- 1/2 cup good quality mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Taste and add more lemon, salt, mayonnaise, or mustard to taste.

- Stir well before serving.
