Tips & Tricks:
- 🔪 This recipe can be made up to a week ahead. Stir or shake well before using.
- 🧂Optionally purchase a ranch seasoning packet instead of all the dried seasoning ingredients. Add to the yogurt and buttermilk a little at a time until you have the desired ranch flavor. Add a squeeze of lemon for more of a tangy kick!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1/4+ cup buttermilk or regular milk
- freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste
Seasoning
- 3/4 - 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper
or
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet of choice
Directions:
- Add yogurt and 1/4 cup of buttermilk to a bowl.
- Add seasoning and mix well.
- Add lemon and more buttermilk if you would like a thinner dressing.
- Taste and add more salt to taste.
