Dressing/Sauce

Dressing ingredients are not included in your shopping list! Be sure to add them.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup canola oil (or other oil that doesn't solidify in the fridge)
- 1/2 fresh lemon, grated + juiced
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients (except oils) in a food processor or blender and blend until ingredients start to come together.
- Add oil slowly!
- Taste dressing and add more oil, vinegar, and/or salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over salad.
- Save remaining dressing and shake well before serving.
