Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (look for GF if preferred)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for GF
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, oyster sauce, vinegar, tamari, fish sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper until combined.
