Ingredients:
- 1/2 English hothouse cucumber
- 1/2 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- salt to taste
Directions:
- 🔪 Tzatziki
- Wash and shred cucumber (skin on) using a box grater onto a clean kitchen towel.
- Wrap shredded cucumber into the towel twisting the end of the towel to help squeeze out all of the water. Save this cucumber juice to add to your water, delicious!
- Mix cucumbers, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a medium bowl; season with salt. Stir in dill just before serving.
