    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 English hothouse cucumber
    • 1/2 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
    • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 cup chopped dill
    • salt to taste

    Directions:

    1. 🔪 Tzatziki
      1. Wash and shred cucumber (skin on) using a box grater onto a clean kitchen towel.
      2. Wrap shredded cucumber into the towel twisting the end of the towel to help squeeze out all of the water. Save this cucumber juice to add to your water, delicious!
      3. Mix cucumbers, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a medium bowl; season with salt. Stir in dill just before serving.
