Tips & Tricks:
- 🔪 Skip steps with knife if you completed the prep ideas! This dressing can be made up to 5 days ahead. It may become darker green, but the vinegar should help it not turn brown.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In a food processor or blender, combine avocado, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Run processor until very smooth and creamy.
- With processor running on low, stream in olive oil until just combined.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
