    BBQ Vinaigrette

    Tips & Tricks:

    • 🔪 Can be made up to a week ahead. Shake well before serving.

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (DIY or store bought)
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup vinegar
    • 2 tbsp honey (optional for more sweetness)
    • 1/2 tsp pepper
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 2/3 cup olive oil

    Directions:

    1. Add vinegar, lemon, and honey (if using) to the prepared BBQ sauce and whisk or blend vigorously until combined.
    2. Taste and add more vinegar, lemon, and/or salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Stir/shake well before serving. Add a tiny splash more of vinegar or lemon to loosen if it solidifies.
