Ingredients:

  • 5 medium cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 1/2 cup good quality mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Taste and add more lemon, salt, mayonnaise, or mustard to taste.

  1. Stir well before serving.
