    Strawberry-Mango Overnight Oats

    Tips & Tricks:

    • 🔪 Skip steps with knife if you completed Prep Day!
    • 🔪 This entire dish should be made at least 6 hours ahead of enjoying. Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of whole milk or sub any other milks such as almond milk coconut, soy, or hemp!
    • 2.5 tsp chia seeds
    • 1 cup rolled oats (rolled oats are best, vs. steel cut or quick cooking)
    • 1 mango
    • 1 cup (about 8) strawberries

    Directions:

    1. 🔪 Fruit Prep
      1. Wash and dry the mango and strawberries.
      2. Slice strawberries into bite size pieces.
      3. Slice mango into bite size pieces. [example]
    2. 🔪 Combine All (can be done at least 6 hours ahead)
      1. In 2 small bowls with a lids, split evenly and add almond milk, chia seeds, and stir with a spoon to combine.
      2. Add oats evenly and stir a few more times. Then press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are immersed in milk.
      3. Top evenly with strawberry and mango slices.
      4. Cover bowls securely with a lid or seal with plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to set/soak.
